On a totally unrelated note, I was in the restroom yesterday and there were 2 women chatting. One of them, who was pregnant, was telling a story about something that happened at her breast feeding class. This raises many questions for me. Namely, why the Hell is there such a thing as a breast feeding class? I've never had a kid, but it seems pretty intuitive. Step 1: whip out a breast, Step 2: attach baby - piece of cake. So what does one do in a breast feeding class? Seems like practicing is out of the question, since the kid isn't born yet. Is there a pump or robotic training baby at these classes? Are there instructional videos? Does watching a video really teach you anything? I really want to know what's going on here with the breast feeding classes. It just doesn't seem right. Someone help me out with this one cause it's kind of bugging me.
